Reopened as Musoe Ttukkeong in January 2024, we grill Jeju black pork on a traditional cast-iron pot lid. We operate our own meat processing center on Jeju Island under HACCP standards, and every cut is trimmed fresh at the restaurant. A staff member does the grilling for you at the table.
The Cast-Iron Lid Grill
Meat is grilled on a heavy cast-iron pot lid, with aged Korean kimchi cooking alongside in the rendered pork fat.
A dedicated staff member grills at your table, so you never have to manage the grill yourself — an easy experience even on a first visit.
Minari (water dropwort), bean sprouts, and bracken are served alongside to grill together with the meat.
